Parental Involvement Strategies That Work!

We conducted our third workshop; "Parental Involvement Strategies That Work!" on Saturday, June 12 in Richmond, Virginia at the Sheraton Park South Hotel. Thanks to all of our participants and especially our featured speaker, Mr. Eric Davis, who provided the participants powerful and practical strategies and techniques for increasing parental involvement in their school or organization.

Weight of the State Conference

We are excited to join First Lady of Virginia, Maureen McDonnell, in the fight against childhood obesity. We look forward to working with her to create healthier lifestyles for Virginia's children.

VASS Conference

We unveiled our new booth display at the 2010 Virginia Association of State Superintendents conference at the Hotel Roanoke on May 2nd-4th. We were excited to meet superintendents from across the state of Virginia and share our products and services with them. We applaud them for their hard work and commitment to education.

2010 Minority Business Summit

We are headed to the 2010 Minority Business Summit at the New Baltimore Hilton Hotel on February 18-19, 2010 to network and learn the latest business strategies and tactics from the nations top entrepreneurial leaders and executives.

National Title I Conference

We were privleged to meet many educators at the National Title I conference in Washington D.C., Janaury 21-24, 2010. We were able to share our interactive parental involvement resources and professional development resources with attendees. Thanks to all who stopped by our booth. We look forward to working with you.

Serving Others

Armed with our aprons and smiles, we volunteered today at the Lynchburg Daily Bread, a non-profit organization that provides the needy with free, nutritious meals. Each year over 40,000 meals are served. "The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others."
