Rand Harbert, Senior Vice President, State Farm Insurance Companies presented U.S. Secretary of Education, Arne Duncan with a basketball jersey at America's Promise Grad Nation Summit this week to remind all of us of this growing epidemic in our country with regards to the dropout rate.
